Fun at Home this January
I wish that I could just get out and about, but I am very much comfortable staying in and loving up my family. Have you thought about putting together a great family meal with the kids or your partner? What about a great game night? Here’s some of my favorites to do with the family:
– Making pancakes with the kids. My favorite is this one from Williams-Sonoma.
– A great game of CLUE. My son always chooses Col. Mustard. Not sure why, since his favorite color is BLUE!
– Coloring anyone? Not just for kids anymore. This great colored pencil set and coloring books from artist Johanna Basford is just what the snow day ordered.
– Realing feeling the need to get outside? How about our list of great places to go sledding in Chester County.
A good virtual getaway or a fun day in sounds just about right these days. Whatever your “getaway” is these days, I hope you stay warm and most of all, have fun!
